How to train your Memory

People say they have a good or bad memory, or that they would like to be able to remember more things. Using an analogy with endurance sport, some useful tools and ideas from Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis, participants will take away new insights in memory training techniques.
